You don't have to love everything about your body to improve your body image. You can enhance your body-concept by practicing self-kindness and self-care moment-to-moment. Just as multiple acts of self-criticism and self-comparison result in a negative body image, repeated acts of self-care and self-kindness lead to a positive body image.
