Body positivity is being kind to your body at this moment, no matter how you feel about it.

You don't have to love everything about your body to improve your body image. You can enhance your body-concept by practicing self-kindness and self-care moment-to-moment. Just as multiple acts of self-criticism and self-comparison result in a negative body image, repeated acts of self-care and self-kindness lead to a positive body image. Here are a few suggestions for how you can improve your body image one moment at a time:
