It's great advice because body image struggles cause disordered eating patterns, and contribute to confidence, relationship, and health problems. Loving your body is definitely a health strategy. But how? How do we love our bodies? Especially when we've been told in a million ways that our bodies are flawed and that we can't trust our appetites. This weekly ZOOM group, facilitated by eating and body image expert, Alison Ross, addresses the "how." It's a hybrid between an enlightening class, where you will learn how to love your body and heal your relationship with food, and a mind-body connecting experience where you will establish a loving relationship with yourself. Each week, Alison and her expert guests will teach mind-body connecting activities and cover relevant topics, including mindset change, emotion and eating regulation skills, weight-neutral self-nourishing, non-dieting, and body positivity. Join this supportive, enlightening weekly group for support to overcome disordered eating patterns and develop a positive body image. Dress comfortably and bring a notebook or journal to each session. Participation is limited. Click the Register button below to save your spot. Have questions about the class?
