About the Book When I recovered from disordered eating and a negative body image years ago, my life changed for the better in every possible way. One of those changes was that I stopped trying to be what I was not. And, I decided to believe in myself. I turned that old struggle with eating and body image into a meaningful career. Every day I have the honor of helping others challenge diet culture as they reclaim the joy of living in their bodies and having a healthy relationship with food.
