Hi! It’s Alison Ross. I’m excited to tell you that my book about non-dieting health will be available soon! When I recovered from disordered eating and a negative body image nearly two decades ago, my life changed for the better in every possible way. One of those changes was becoming a psychotherapist and neurofeedback practitioner. At my psychotherapy center, I find meaning in helping others reclaim their friendship with food and their bodies.
I wrote this book because I want to share what I know with you. It is full of expert advice, research, stories from recovered dieters (and a little of my own) and tons of exercises you can do at home to reclaim eating-enjoyment, a healthy body image, and better health in mind and body.
