Hi! It’s Alison Ross. I’m excited to tell you that my book about non-dieting health will be available soon! When I recovered from disordered eating and a negative body image nearly two decades ago, my life changed for the better in every possible way. One of those changes was becoming a psychotherapist and neurofeedback practitioner. At my psychotherapy center, I find meaning in helping others reclaim the healthy relationship with food and their bodies they were meant to have.
I wrote this book because I want to share what I know with you. It is full of information and exercises that help you take back your power from what turned you against your body and disrupted a natural relationship with food.
