A Non-Dieting Health Paradigm

  • Develop a drama-free relationship with food

  • Root out the stress and shame about your body that keeps you stuck in disordered eating cycles

  • Love your body, be empowered with self worth, confidence, and joy

Here is something the diet cult won’t tell you (the truth):
The stressful dieting mindset and lifestyle leads to:

Unleash new sets of health concerns beyond hunger pangs and brain fog. The stress makes you lose your energy and get sick.

Difficulty regulating feelings, thoughts, and eating behavior.

A lost sense of self-worth where you measure  your worth by the success of a diet or your weight/size.

Tarnished body image. Constantly comparing yourself to others.

The road to healthy eating and self-worth is not a diet and exercise plan.
It’s about getting to the root of the problem, addressing the stress that inflates hunger and traps you in disordered eating patterns…
We can help you create a healthy, non-dieting lifestyle.

Through our specialized method, combining quick-shift psychotherapy and neurofeedback and bioregulation therapies, we quickly get to the root of disordered eating. By unlocking your nervous system from stress and calming your body and mind, we create the conditions that support healthy eating patterns and body confidence.

Our goal is to help you put an end to yoyo dieting, emotional eating, binge eating, restricting/overeating/purging so you can improve your emotional, mental and physical health.

Increased appetite.

You lose your intuitive relationship to food..

Disordered food-seeking behavior. Stress and malnutrition associated with dieting lead you to overeat/binge eat.

Quick-Shift Psychotherapy
For yoyo-dieting, disordered eating or eating disorders
How We Use Psychotherapy

Your eating patterns and how you feel about your body are psychological imprints wired early in life. Quick-shift eating psychotherapy can help you to change your mindset around food and your body. It can assist you in restructuring fear and shame-based beliefs, thinking, and behavior patterns associated with disordered eating. You’ll be able to build a relationship with your appetite where you can enjoy your cultural foods in ways that honor your body and nutritional needs and offer more joy and satisfaction. You will learn to befriend your body as you connect to the amazing experience of embodiment, cultivate trust in yourself, and explore what it means to be truly nourished.

Neurofeedback
Brainwave training and bioregulation
How We Use Neurofeedback Brainwave Training and Bioregulation

And it has a huge impact on your eating! It can make it more difficult to know when you're hungry or full, and can also lead to emotional eating and binging. Guilt sets in as you eat more, which might draw you back into restrictive eating, perpetuating a yoyo dieting or restrict-binge cycle. Neurofeedback and bioregulation therapy undo the damage of toxic stress. They powerfully settle and stabilize the nervous system, which supports healthy eating patterns. With sessions, our clients report: Feeling more satisfied after eating Less emotional reactivity and stress-driven eating Fewer and less intense food cravings A quiet mind and less self-criticism Increased comfort with how their body is A sense of inner security Self-trust with food A growing friendship with one's self Improved sleep and energy Reduced pain Improvement in a variety of health conditions including chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, headaches/migraines, IBS, and more.  It is important to address the physiological consequences of dieting that can lock the body-mind into stress, fear, and shame and disrupt your ability to regulate your eating. Neurofeedback settles and stabilizes the nervous system, while bioregulation therapy supports healthy digestion, metabolism, and cellular activity. Together these modalities improve your emotion, appetite, and eating regulation abilities while reducing shame-based and distorted thinking. As self-regulation capacity improves, our clients notice they are less reactive to stress-eating and shame triggers, that their eating pattern is normalizing, and they feel more satisfied with their bodies, the food they eat, and the life they have.
