Hi there, I’m Alison Ross. I’m so happy you’re here. Whether you’re ready to jump in or just starting to think about making changes in your relationship with food or your body, I want you to know how much it matters that you’re even considering it. It takes courage to want something different, and I encourage you to seek the support you deserve—even if it’s not through this program, find someone or something that resonates with you.

YELLOW Mind is incredibly personal to me. It’s the realization of a dream I had when I was in the depths of my own struggle with disordered eating. Back then, I felt so alone, and the help I needed felt out of reach—too expensive, too inaccessible. I created YELLOW Mind for people who are experiencing what I went through. It’s here so that you don’t have to feel alone in this and so that professional help can be availale, no matter where you are.

This program is built to guide you toward a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and your body. It’s not about rigid rules or quick fixes. Instead, it’s about helping you develop sustainable habits, reconnect with your natural appetite, and find freedom from food and body worries. My goal is to help you feel more confident and at home in your own skin, so you can focus on living a life that feels meaningful and full of joy.
