What We Treat



Anxiety disorder is a mental health condition characterized by excessive and persistent worry, fear, and restlessness. These feelings are often intense, lasting for prolonged periods, and can interfere with daily activities. It's common for those with anxiety disorder to also experience physical symptoms such as fatigue, tension, pain, sleep problems, and difficulty concentrating.


Clinical depression is a serious mental health condition characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest in daily activities. It disrupts normal functioning, affecting all aspects of a person's life, including sleep, eating habits, work, and relationships. Unlike normal bouts of sadness or grief, clinical depression is long-lasting and requires professional treatment.


Trauma or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) are mental health conditions that may develop following traumatic events or stressors, such as natural disasters, military combat, or experiencing abuse or family dysfunction. Individuals with PTSD often relive traumatic and emotionally overwhelming events through intrusive memories, flashbacks, and nightmares. ADD/ADHD, or Attention-Deficit Disorder/Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, are neurodevelopmental conditions often diagnosed in childhood but can persist into adulthood. They are characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and/or impulsivity that interfere with daily functioning or development. These disorders can disrupt academic performance, work productivity, and interpersonal relationships, making it challenging for individuals to meet the demands of daily life.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are complex mental health conditions that are characterized by abnormal or unhealthy eating habits and body perception. They often stem from a combination of psychological, interpersonal, and social conditions. These disorders, which include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, ARFID, and disordered eating can have serious physical health implications and usually require comprehensive treatment.
