I love coffee ☕️ The aroma when brewing, the taste of it with frothy milk, and the energy it gives me. But recently, I had a minor health issue. Out of nowhere, every time I even thought about having coffee, my body would send a strong "NO THANK YOU" signal.
I found it odd that my mind craved coffee, but my body kept rejecting the idea. So I did a little research and discovered that coffee is known to worsen this health issue. Isn't that amazing? My body knew what I needed, or in this case what I needed less of, before my mind knew. And then the research backed it up.
I did honor my body and cut down on coffee, and guess what? The health issue was quickly resolved! 🙌 🙌🏾
The diet industry wants us to believe that they have all the answers about what we should eat and drink. And sure, seeking nutritional information can be helpful. But here's the thing – no one knows what your body needs better than you do. Your body knows best. All you have to do is listen. ✨
